2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the site, creating an account, browsing, adding items to the cart, completing a purchase, or using any functionality of 2Game Brasil ('Services'), you declare that:

Important notices:

  • Digital Products and Gift Cards are delivered exclusively within the user's account. We do not send keys via email.
  • Items in the cart do not reserve price or stock.
  • Products may require specific hardware or software; it is the User's responsibility to verify requirements.

6. Orders and Contract Formation

By completing an order, you make a purchase offer.

The contract is formed only after:

  • payment confirmation; and
  • order confirmation by 2Game Brasil (via account or site notification).

8. Delivery of Digital Products and Gift Cards

Digital Products and Gift Cards are delivered exclusively via key/code displayed within the User's account at www.2game.hk.

We do not send keys via email under any circumstances.

Delivery is considered complete when the key/code is made available in the User's account order panel.

After availability, the User is responsible for:

  • storing the code securely;
  • not sharing it;
  • using it on the correct platform (Steam, Xbox, PSN, etc.).

2Game Brasil is not responsible for:

  • loss, disclosure, or misuse of the code after delivery;
  • redemption in an incompatible account or region;
  • bans or restrictions applied by Third-Party Platforms;
  • unilateral changes made by publishers.

Recommended anti-fraud notice: 2Game Brasil NEVER sends keys via email. If you receive an email containing a "key," ignore it — it's a scam. All keys are accessed only through your account.

9. Delivery of Physical Products

Shipment to the address indicated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary.

Risk transfers to the User after recorded delivery.

10. Refunds, Cancellations, and Right of Withdrawal

In general:

  • Digital Products are non-refundable after the key is viewed;
  • Physical Products follow the rules of the Consumer Defense Code.

We may deny refunds in cases of:
